This week’s thought comes from my comments in BIG | Best In Governance and Governance Professionals of Canada (GPC)‘s new report, Modern Governance: The Future of Board Committees. I was honoured to be featured in the report, which draws on expertise from over 200 governance professionals, directors, industry academic associations and regulatory and legislative bodies to analyze the evolution of board committees, changing boardroom practices, and the influences of emerging trends on governance structures.
