Today’s Thursday Thought comes from my blog post, “My Bold Approach to Driving Diversity in the Boardroom—and Beyond”, which was inspired by The Femina Collective dinner I attended in Vancouver recently.

In the blog, I reflect on my 35-year career, exploring the bold actions I’ve taken to challenge expectations and encourage change in the business world.
