2025 marks our sixth year of BMO Celebrating Women On Boards! Since 2020, the program has celebrated 23 women leaders, showcasing their commitment to promoting board diversity and excellence in governance.

This year in honour of Women Get On Board Inc. (WGOB)‘s 10th anniversary, we’re taking BMO Celebrating Women On Boards on the road with a national five-city tour. I hope you’ll join us at one of our live events in Vancouver, Calgary, Halifax, Waterloo, and Toronto to acknowledge the 2025 honourees and celebrate the achievements of women in corporate governance and leadership.

I’m also pleased to share that as part of our celebrations this year, we will be presenting a Lifetime Achievement Award to a previous honouree who has continued to showcase exceptional board leadership and exemplify the program’s values.
