Today’s Thursday Thoughts come from my upcoming guest lecture at Goodman School of Business at Brock University. I’ll be speaking about what the next generation of business leaders need to know about boards in 2025 and beyond, including explorations of the types of boards, the evolving role of the board of directors, a range of governance models and theories, and the importance of cultivating more inclusive boards.
