Deborah recently hosted mentors and mentees at the Deborah Rosati Women In Leadership Mentorship Program at Brock University.

In 2023, Deborah launched the Deborah Rosati Women in Leadership Mentorship Program at Brock University to foster connections and opportunities for women at her alma mater. The program is comprised of a diverse community of mentors and mentees, offering partnership and engagement opportunities for future leaders.
