In an era where Directors are bombarded with conflicting diversity reports and the call for transparent regulated practices, a practical path forward is needed.

This fireside chat session will present the key findings of the Deliberate Board Diversity Project, a collaborative activation project by BIG, WGOB and irlabs as a commitment to higher standards in Canadian corporate governance.

Based on the insights gleaned from over 160 reports and contributions from 140 directors and governance professionals, we will discuss the foundations and designs to activate the call to action for enabling deliberate board diversity.
