It was a pleasure to be the keynote speaker at the 17th Annual Women in FICC Industry Forum hosted by BMO. In my talk, I unpacked how board service has changed, the expectations of board members in 2023 and the benefits of serving on a board. I also discussed 10 questions designed to help aspiring women board members determine if they’re ready for their first corporate board seat.
