As Founder & CEO of Women Get On Board, I recently participated in ISC Group‘s Executive Roundtable on the Gender Power Gap in Corporate Canada.

During the session, we explored how to improve gender equity in the corporate world, the obstacles in the way and how to shift policy and culture so that more women can claim leadership positions in the world of work.​
