As the Founder & CEO of Women Get On Board, and a proud Brock University alum, I was honoured to join #BrockU Faculty of Social Sciences Dean Ingrid Makus in conversation last night.

During Brock’s #ChooseToChallenge event, we discussed finding your voice through purpose, presence, passion and power. In my more than 35 years of entrepreneurial, financial and governance experience, I have learned that it is not enough to have a seat on the board. You have to show up, serve and consistently elevate your board effectiveness.
